If you want to learn more about our policies on order delivery, you’re in the right place.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses anywhere in the world provided these cities and countries are covered by DHL and AliExpress options. Any shipments outside of these countries that cannot be served by DHL and Aliexpress are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [21] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

 Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 If additional shipping costs that may not appear on the checkout page, one of our sales associates may get in touch with you via email or phone numbers as mentioned in the Order Information. If you cannot be reached within 5 days of your order placement, then the amount will be refunded back to you via Paypal or other payment providers we are engaged with. If you have not received your refund within 7 days due to this situation, please reach out to us for a proof which shows that the amount has indeed been refunded by us, for you to take it up with your local bank or credit card, as though we may be done from our side, but they may need time before it is reflected in your statement or bank account 

Sales tax may be charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped

Customs duties taxes or tariffs may be imposed by your government, and may be paid by you separately. We do not issue refunds due to cancellations requested by you due to these amounts as charged by your government
